NEC handles the Monitor repairing under warranty. The monitors are brought to NEC by all the partners and stored in the NEC warehouse, where they are kept until they have all be correctly and efficiently documented. They are then sent to Smart technology where they are repaired. The monitors that cannot be repaired are replaced by new ones by the manufacturer.
The monitors that are fixed are brought into the NEC warehouse, where they are stored as BB monitors (refurbished monitors), and are distributed to the partners as per their requirement, the partners get the same model monitor that they requested for.
